Chinese|EnglishYunnan Mengzi-Wenshan-Yanshan Expressway project is a component section of "9210" skeleton road network in Yunnan Highway Network Planning (2005~2020) approved by the People's Government of Yunnan Province. It is the most convenient highway channel connecting Honghe Prefecture and Wenshan Prefecture. The project route starts in Mengzi City, Honghe Hani and Yi Autonomous Prefecture, southeast Yunnan Province, and ends in Wenshan County, Wenshan Prefecture. The total length is 131.38km, 128 large, medium and small Bridges (including separated interchange and pedestrian bridge), culverts and 312 tunnels; 16 tunnels, total length of 43349.0 meters (single hole), including 6 over 2km, 31~2km and 2.7km; 12 interchange, 9 toll stations, 3 parking areas, 2 service areas, 1 management center and 3 maintenance areas.
Main engineering contents: daily inspection, periodic inspection of bridge, culvert, tunnel, high slope, high retaining wall; dredging of drainage system along the line; road cleaning, road deicing, sand and sand removal, road sprinkling; maintenance of drainage hole, expansion joint, abutment, support, tunnel wall, door, signs, corrugated steel guardrail; cleaning, weed control, pruning, fertilization, watering and pest control on both sides of the road.
